global learning
Our university is building a super global campus, with Temple University Japan Campus (TUJ) located within its premises, Setagaya Campus where you can enjoy international exchange while staying in Japan, and Showa Boston, our university's overseas campus that has been in operation since 1988. .Students will use this as a springboard to explore the world.

Leadership Education Certification Program
The Leadership Education Certification Program focuses on nurturing human resources with leadership skills that consider and put into practice social contribution, and aims to teach leadership theory and skills. The University-wide Common Education Center has opened the course, and students who have completed the course can receive a certificate of completion by reporting.

・Purpose of the program
Leadership refers to the influence and ability to influence the activities carried out to achieve goals. This type of leadership is thought to be born from the task situation and relationships within the group, in addition to individual qualities, and in order to be active in society, it is important to learn leadership theory and skills practically from the interactions of participants. That is essential. Furthermore, the social environment surrounding women continues to be harsh, and we must aim for women's success despite barriers such as unconscious bias. This program aims to foster the next generation of female leaders by encouraging students to develop their careers as women and practice social contribution.

・Completion requirements
A certificate of completion will be awarded to those who (1) have a total GPA of 2.7 or higher, (2) meet the prescribed subject credits and activity points, and (3) declare. You will be able to apply after completing your third year (after your grades are confirmed), and you can also use it for job hunting, etc. Other minors and certification programs are also available.

・Target subjects
Required subjects include 3 units of compulsory and elective credits for all students (Introduction to Career Design and Career Core Subjects). In addition, students are required to complete 6 credits of Leaders Academy subjects. Among the general education subjects offered by the University-wide Common Education Center, the elective subjects are introductory subjects that are considered to contribute to the Leaders Academy subjects, mainly in the social science field.
